At 7Lush Desserts, we take pride in the quality of every dessert and drink we serve.

Because our products are freshly prepared and perishable, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been prepared, picked up, or delivered.

If your order is incorrect, incomplete, damaged, or has a verified quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To help us review your request, we may ask for photos and a brief description of the issue.

After reviewing the circumstances, 7Lush Desserts reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a partial or full refund when deemed appropriate.

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
* Change of mind.
* Personal taste or flavor preference.
* Orders with incorrect information provided by the customer.
* Products that have been partially or fully consumed.
* Requests submitted after the state.
